Speed and efficiency are the key differences between Oil and Gas boilers, and lead to most oil to gas boiler conversions.
SPEED
Oil boilers need time to heat your water, whilst a combi gas boiler will heat your water immediately.
EFFICIENCY
Oil boilers use their oil supply throughout the heating up process, whilst a combi gas boiler uses it’s fuel only while your tap is running or heating is on.
As long as natural gas is available in your area you’re likely to be able to convert to gas.
The Switch to Gas Process
One of our engineers will visit your home, assess what is best for your property and help you choose your new gas boiler.
Once we begin, the oil to gas boiler conversion process is straightforward. We remove the old oil boiler, install the new gas boiler, power flush your heating system and take away all the waste.
You’ll end up with a nice, tidy, high efficiency boiler with smart controls. Before we leave we’ll be sure to give you guidance on how operate the boiler and use the controls.
Also know, your boiler will be fully registered in line with your warranty and you’ll even receive a courtesy reminder for the following year’s service close to the time.
