No — all package prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the standard rate is added to the final invoice. We quote transparently so you know exactly what to expect before committing.
If additional work is needed — moving the boiler, replacing a cylinder, upgrading pipework or changing flue type — Kieran will assess this at your site visit and quote separately. You know the full cost before any work begins.

Yes — a smart thermostat upgrade is available for £95 on any package. Just mention it when you get in touch.
Package 1 includes a 5 year manufacturer warranty; Packages 2 and 3 include 10 years; Package 4 includes 8 years. Warranties are registered on your behalf by Kelly Heating NI at installation.
A standard like-for-like boiler swap typically takes one full working day. More complex installations may take longer — confirmed at your site visit.
