Landlord Gas Safety Certificates
It is a legal requirement for all landlords to service and check the gas appliances at their properties annually, a valid gas safety landlord certificate should be issued by the engineer.
At Kelly Heating we can arrange this for you, taking the hassle out of it. Simply provide us with the tenant’s details and it will be arranged directly with them, you will receive the invoice and landlord gas safety certificate directly via email- minimum fuss. We will also provide you will annual reminders.
Oil Safety Certificates
While a safety landlord certificate is not law for oil, it is best practice. For longevity of your boiler, and prevention of boiler breakdowns. Especially, in the winter months when it would be very unfortunate for your tenants to be without heat.
