When you boiler breaks and its unfixable or unecomical to repair, it can be a very sudden expense.

We have a finance option to suit everyone, we work with ideal for finance to help our customers arrange boiler finance swiftly and smoothly.

Removal of your existing boiler, with responsible disposal. Installation of new boiler with horizontal flue and Ideal boiler filter. Addition of corrosion inhibitor & cleaner chemicals
Installation and supply of electrics, copper, gas strainer and magnetic water filter. Carbon monoxide alarm and 7 day programmable timeclock included.

The Boiler Grant
The boiler replacement scheme, which is available in Northern Ireland only, helps owner-occupiers to improve the energy efficiency of their homes.
ELIGIBILITY
A grant of up to £1,000 is available to help you replace an inefficient boiler with a more energy-efficient condensing oil or gas boiler; switching from oil to gas; or switching to a wood pellet boiler.
CRITERIA
The scheme is open to owner-occupiers whose household total gross annual income is less than £40,000 and who have an inefficient boiler of at least 15 years old.
Does not apply to Economy 7 heating, stoves used only for cooking, back boilers, or room heaters.
For those earning less than £20,000 the grant is £700 to replace the boiler (£1,000 if controls installed). For those earning over £20,000 but less than £40,000 the grant is £400 for the boiler (£500 with controls).
You must receive written approval from the Housing Executive before you replace your old boiler.
Installers
Should be accredited to a relevant trade body.
For gas installations, the installer must be ‘gas safe’ registered. Required by UK Law.(Kieran Kelly PHG on the Gas Safe Register – Registration No. 557696.)
